Journey with Jesus

The Experience

You’ll have the opportunity to travel with other families to the ancient town of Bethlehem. You’ll begin in our church where you’ll enjoy Christmas carols and hand chime music performed by our choir while waiting for your guide to arrive.

When your guide arrives, you’ll step outside and begin your journey to Bethlehem. The path ahead will take you through scenes from that holy night:

• Meet the shepherds keeping watch over their flocks
• Walk through a lively village complete with shopkeepers selling their wares, tax collectors and even Roman Centurions
• See live animals along the way

Your journey ends at the manger, where you’ll meet Mary, Joseph, and the baby Jesus and witness the moment heaven came to earth. Then join us in the fellowship hall for warm refreshments, a puppet show, and time to reflect on what you’ve experienced together.
