Our Outreach committee serves those in need throughout the Milford community, reflecting Christ’s love through action. We support humanitarian causes and continually seek new ways to give back. You can download a review of our recent projects and partnerships.
Mission Trips
Christ Lutheran supports various missions with prayer, monetary donations and in person mission trips that help those far and wide learn about Jesus. If you’d like to learn more about current mission opportunities or would like to make a donation, contact our church and we will direct you to a member that can give you the information you are looking for.
Meals on Wheels
Our church provides Meals on Wheels one week each month, delivering vital meals to community members in need. Volunteers commit to just one day per week for a few hours. This service makes a real difference, and we need your help! Sign up on the bulletin board in the Narthex or contact Dan Mallinson at mallinson.dan@gmail.com with questions.
Lutheran Women’s Missionary League
The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is the official auxiliary of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. We encourage women to actively support global missions through Mite Box offerings, which have funded over $100 million in mission grants since 1942. Our group provides mission education, funding, and Christian fellowship through potluck meals, Bible studies, devotions, and guest speakers. We meet the second Tuesday of each month at noon and welcome women of all ages to serve the Lord together.
